Aircraft Carrying Pete Hegseth Forced to Land in UK Due to Crack in Cockpit Window

A jet ferrying Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth was compelled to make an emergency landing in the Britain on Wednesday due to a fissure was found in the plane's windshield, per an official announcement which stated that Hegseth was safe.

"The plane landed based on standard procedures and everyone onboard, such as Secretary Hegseth, is secure," an official representative commented in a online announcement.

The secretary was coming back from a quick journey to the Belgian capital during the flight.

This incident is not the initial instance that a American defense plane carrying a senior official has experienced mechanical issues.

Earlier this year, a United States Air Force aircraft ferrying Marco Rubio to Munich was compelled to return to the US capital after suffering a mechanical fault.
